These apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING in compliance with the smoke free England legislation with effect from 1st July 2007 and unfortunately we do not accept pets.

A 35% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due no later than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, however if the booking is made within 10 weeks of your arrival the full amount becomes payable. If your outstanding balance remains unpaid 14 days after the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund providing that all efforts have been made to contact you by email or telephone.

A fully refundable damages deposit of £100 is payable when your holiday balance becomes due. This payment will be returned in full by cheque within 7 working days of your departure to the lead name supplied at the time of booking less any deductions for damage, breakages or loss however caused. In the event of a cancellation this fee will automatically be refunded in full. Overseas guests will receive their refund via the credit/debit card used when confirming their booking.
If you cancel a booking in writing more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date a cancellation fee representing the full 35% deposit is charged. If your cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date the full holiday cost is forfeited, as insufficient time remains to re- market the property.
On no occasion should the maximum number of overnight guests exceed 6 in any apartment. The standard occupancy levels are 6 people in the Harlequin apartment and 4 in Harbour Court A & B although both of the Harbour Court apartments do have double sofa beds allowing for a maximum occupancy of 6. Please note however that dinning seating is only available for 4 people in Harbour Court A & B. In addition we can accept one infant per apartment and we are able to supply a travel cot (without bedding) upon request.
The owner of the property and/or their agent reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to carry out essential repairs to the accommodation or its contents but major work will not be undertaken during any occupation unless in the case of emergency.
Should due to unforeseen circumstances a property become suddenly unavailable for the date hired all efforts will be made to offer suitable alternative accommodation subject to latest availability. If this is not possible all monies paid by the hirer will be refunded in full but Home From Home Holidays will not incur any further liability of any kind and in no circumstances will we be liable to refund any amount exceeding the total amount paid by the hirer.
Home From Home Holidays cannot undertake any liability for loss, damage, injury or accident to the hirer or any member of the hirer's party however caused whilst in the occupation of its properties. This liability waiver extends to guests cars parked in our car parking spaces as owners park at their own risk.
You are strongly advised to purchase independent travel insurance to cover any such events.
Due care and consideration must be given to other tenants in the building complex i.e. noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times in communal hallways and to all parts of the building after 9.00pm.
Keys are available from 3.00pm on your arrival day. Please call us one hour in advance of the time you expect to arrive at the accommodation so that arrangements can be made to meet you with your keys. Earlier arrivals may be considered subject to availability on the day and please note that arrivals after 5.00pm require a minimum of 24 hours notice. We do have key safes at the entrance of all of our apartments and we can provide you with the latest codes should you not require a personal handover.
All accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure.
The cleaning staff will arrive at this time to begin preparing the apartment for our next arrivals and failure to vacate will be reported to the management and a day rate charge imposed, however you will still be expected to vacate the apartment without delay.
